About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration

I. About the Product:

   It can realize high-voltage structure recognition of electric vehicle motor drive system, study of motor drive system control principle, high-voltage interlock function training, high-voltage power-on and power-off operation training, three-phase current detection of motor during charging and discharging, common faults of motor drive system setting and troubleshooting, and working principle learning and troubleshooting of electronic accelerator pedal, P gear controller and smart key controller.

II. Functions:

1. The equipment adopts the motor drive system of the Great Wall ORA pure electric car (vehicle factory date is May 2022 or later), which is installed on the bench without changing the relative layout position of the original vehicle, and visually recognizes the main parts such as high-voltage power distribution assembly, electric drive assembly (including motor controller, drive motor and single-stage reducer), vehicle controller, gear controller, combination instrument, cooling water tank, etc. Both the low-voltage control line and the high-voltage power line are original vehicle parts with increased length. The high-voltage power line is orange, with protective bellows and warning signs at the connection. It is forbidden to plug or unplug any high-voltage power line when the power is on, so that the students can understand the composition and connection relationship of motor drive system components as soon as possible.

2. The training bench is connected with the power battery and management system training bench, air conditioning and heating training bench, electric steering EPS training bench and vehicle electronic / electrical system training bench to form a one-stop teaching system through special lines. The CAN communication of the whole vehicle is connected through the gateway, so that the students can understand the advanced nature of the CAN communication network of the new energy electric vehicle and the detection method of the signal waveform.

3. The training bench is equipped with a testing teaching board, which completely displays the working principle diagram of the motor drive system, and is equipped with at least 200 testing terminals. With the help of multimeter and other tools, the parameter changes under various states can be detected in real time. The length of the teaching board is not less than 1600mm, which can meet the testing and learning of 4 students in different parts at the same time.

4. The training bench is composed of a platform and a teaching board. The platform is placed horizontally and the main components are installed. Four casters, two universal wheels and two directional wheels are installed at the bottom of the platform, which can move flexibly. At the same time, the universal caster is equipped with a self-locking device, which can fix the position. Casters have small rolling resistance and wear resistance, whose outer diameter is not less than 3 inches. The teaching board is installed on the alloy steel base, and four casters are also installed, which can be moved independently.

5. The training bench is installed with national standard DC fast charging and AC charging ports. The AC charging port supports 220VAC slow charging and is equipped with 220V portable AC charging line. Please note that the ground wire must be stable connected.

6. The training bench is equipped with an emergency power-off switch, which is installed in the easy-to-operate part of the control panel. Press the red button in an emergency to power off the entire one-stop teaching system to ensuring the safety of the teaching process.

7. The cooling fan and water tank are installed in front of the bench, the same position as the real vehicle, and the blowing hot air will not cause damage to the students' operation.

8. The right side of the bench is equipped with a control panel, the accelerator pedal and brake pedal are located directly below, and the operation mode is the same as that of the real vehicle. And the OBD interface is installed on the control panel to facilitate data flow reading and fault detection.

9. Equipped with an intelligent fault setting and assessment system on the tablet. Through the mobile WIFI wireless fault setting, the teacher sets the fault, and the students analyze and find the fault point to master the real vehicle fault handling ability. Wireless fault setting at no less than 16 points.

10. It can realize high-voltage structural cognition and test training of electric vehicle motor drive system.

11. It can realize the training and troubleshooting of the high voltage interlock function of the electric vehicle motor drive system.

12. Equipped with training instruction resources matching with the product training project.

13. Equipped with a special clamp meter for new energy vehicles and a high-voltage test pen, which are used to control line voltage, current and other parameters measurement and orange high-voltage loop high-current non-contact measurement.

14. The bottom frame of the training bench is welded with alloy steel profiles, which is solid and reliable, and the main body size is not less than 40*40mm. And stainless steel handrails are installed around the upper part of the underframe for protection, and mesh plates are added to the rotating parts on both sides to ensure the safety of the use process.
