I.About the Product:   

It can realize high-voltage structure recognition of electric vehicle power battery, high-voltage interlock function training, high-voltage power-on and power-off operation training, BUS current detection during charging and discharging, common fault settings and troubleshooting of power battery packs, understanding of the working principle of the power battery night cooling system and the working principle of the power battery PTC heating system.

II. Functions:

1. The equipment adopts the original power battery pack lithium iron phosphate power battery of Great Wall ORA pure electric car (vehicle factory date of May 2022 or later). It is composed of battery module, battery management system, thermal management system, high-voltage system, etc. Transparent refitting without changing the layout of the original vehicle not only helps to understand the battery structure, but also forbids contact to ensure safe learning. Both the low-voltage control line and the high-voltage power line are original vehicle parts with increased length. The high-voltage power line is orange with protective bellows. The warning signs are added at the connection. It is forbidden to plug or unplug any high-voltage power line when the power is on, so that the students can understand the composition and connection relationship of power battery components as soon as possible.

2. It can monitor the voltage, current, temperature and insulation of power battery pack assembly, battery module and battery cell, and can communicate with load, charging system, thermal management system, etc. And the performance and safety of the power battery pack are optimized through a series of control strategies.

3. Training bench with teaching board: It can display the working principle diagram of power battery pack, charging and discharging, detection terminal for low-voltage control circuit installation, and real-time detect parameter changes under various states with the help of multimeter and other tools. And the length of the teaching board shall not be less than 1600mm, which can meet the needs of two students' detection and learning in different parts at the same time.

4. The training bench is composed of a platform and a teaching board. The platform is placed horizontally and the main components are installed. Four casters, two universal wheels and two directional wheels are installed at the bottom of the platform, which can move flexibly. At the same time, the universal caster is equipped with a self-locking device, which can fix the position. Casters have small rolling resistance and wear resistance, whose outer diameter is not less than 3 inches. The teaching board is installed on the alloy steel base, and four casters are also installed, which can be moved independently.

5. It can realize the cognition and test training of high voltage structure of electric vehicle power battery system.

6. It can realize the training and troubleshooting of the high-voltage interlocking function of the electric vehicle power battery system.

7. Equipped with training instruction resources matching with the product training project.

8. Equipped with a special clamp meter for new energy vehicles and a high-voltage test pen, which are used to control line voltage, current and other parameters measurement and orange high-voltage loop high-current non-contact measurement.

9. The underframe of the training bench is welded with alloy steel profiles, which is solid and reliable. The size of the main body is not less than 40*40mm, and the front and back of the upper part are protected by stainless steel handrails.
