About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
The equipment is based on the original electrical/electronics system of BYD Qin EV pure electric vehicle, and fully displays the composition structure of automobile electrical systems, such as automobile power distribution module system, instrument system, lighting system, wiper system, horn system, exterior rearview mirror system, power window system, door lock system, smart key anti-theft system and gateway system, and all modules of body electrical appliances. It can also carry out dynamic and static data acquisition and practical training such as realizing body electrical functions. Equipped with mechanical setting system and gold-plated U-shaped plug, the fault setting method is reliable and stable to meet the diversified fault setting needs. It is suitable for the teaching needs of body electrical theory and maintenance training of senior vocational schools, ordinary education and training institutions.

1. The main components are installed on the training panel, which can facilitate the disassembly and maintenance training after disconnecting circuit, so that the trainees can master the key points of disassembly and assembly of lighting electrical system components in the process of disassembly and maintenance.
2. The detection and maintenance of power distribution module system, including detection and maintenance training of low beam relay, high beam relay, daytime running lamp relay, horn relay, wiper relay, power window relay and power distribution fuse.
3. The front and tail lamps detection and maintenance, including the disassembly and assembly training of headlamp assembly, the inspection and maintenance training of headlamp control circuit, the disassembly and assembly training of tail lamp assembly, the inspection and maintenance training of tail lamp control circuit, the disassembly and assembly of light combination switch and the inspection and maintenance of control circuit, and the inspection and maintenance training of external circuit of light control module.
4. The combined instrument system detection and maintenance, including instrument assembly disassembly and assembly training, door control lamp, instrument indicator lamp and warning lamp circuit detection and maintenance training, and control circuit connection logic relationship analysis training.
5. The washing system detection and maintenance, including wiper motor circuit detection and maintenance training, wiper motor disassembly and assembly, washing system circuit maintenance and repair, washing motor and kettle disassembly and assembly training.
6. The speaker system detection and maintenance, including speaker disassembly and assembly, control circuit detection, speaker decibel detection and other training.

9. The smart key control system detection and maintenance, including logic analysis of smart key control system, function and analysis of high-frequency received signal, function and detection of start button, function and maintenance of antenna, keyless entry and keyless start and other training.
10. The gateway system detection and maintenance, including communication waveform analysis, comfort network, power network and other signal fault setting and detection training.
11. Each system line on the panel of the training panel is equipped with measuring terminals and spray drawings to visually see the connection logic relationship of the system.
12. The device is equipped with a mechanical fault setting system. It adopts gold-plated U-shaped plug. The fault setting method is reliable and stable. And it can set no less than 60 fault points. The teacher sets the fault, and the students analyze and find the fault points, so that the students can master the fault handling ability of the real vehicle.
