XXH-028 Triode Amplifier Circuit Training Box
About Feature Technical Parameter Basic Configuration
I. About the product
Semiconductor triodes are often referred to as triodes or transistors. Many components in the circuit serve the triode,which internally contains two PN junctions inside and three pins outside, namely the base (indicated by the letter b or B), the collector (indicated by the letter c or C), and the emitter (indicated by the letter e or E). The base is the control pin, where the magnitude of the base current can regulate the current flow between the collector and the emitter. Moreover, the base current is significantly smaller than that of the collector and emitter. Therefore, the main function of the triode is current amplification. However, in electronic circuits, the role of the triode is not limited to current amplification, but can also be used for signal switching, control, processing and other purposes.

IV. Basic Configuration

1. The red line in the circuit diagram on the panel represents a pluggable connection line, which is convenient for measuring the waveform voltage in the experiment and disconnecting the ammeter to measure the current.
2. The black line segments in the circuit diagram on the panel indicate that the internal connections have been made and no external short-circuit connection is required.
3. The components pins in the device area are already connected to the socket,only need to use short-circuit plug wires to string them into the circuit diagram.
4. The signals in the training box are described as follows:
1) Variable signal - generated by a photoresistor. The flashlight from the phone can be used to illuminate the photoresistor to change the output voltage across its two ends.
2) Switch signal: generated by the button switch, with only two states: disconnected and grounded;
3) AC signal - generated by a sine wave signal generator.
5. The signal input terminals in the circuit diagram have positive and negative terminals. Be sure to connect the positive terminals to the positive terminals and the negative terminals to the negative terminals. Do not connect them in reverse, otherwise the signal source and electronic devices will be burned!
6. There are three kinds of loads on the panel of the training box: LED indicator light, relay and fan. In the practical training, either option can be chosen. The fan has polarity, with the top being the positive pole and the bottom being the negative pole. It must not be connected in reverse, otherwise it will not work.
7. Triodes are consumable parts. During the experiment, they are easily burned due to incorrect wiring. Therefore, this training box is equipped with a backup, which enable the users to cut off the power after burning and replace it according to the original pin polarity.
