
I. Function
1. Car body part:
1) Body panel dissection - 4 doors, front hood, rear fender, and trunk lid;
2) Different colors are sprayed inside the anatomical parts;
3) Install LED light strips inside the anatomical area;
4) All interior trim panels and flooring inside the driver's cab will be retained;
5) Front and rear anti-collision beam paint colors;
6) Install a metal bracket with casters on the main body of the vehicle and place it on the platform, or suspend it from the circular ceiling with 6mm steel wire.
7) The engine compartment cover, rear tailgate cover , and all four doors were opened in an explosive shape and then lifted without leaving any marks.
8) The front fenders are removed from the body and undergo trace-less hoisting installation.
2. Interior seating:
1) Remove the outer leather and padding of the driver's seat, retaining the internal metal frame and electrical components;
2) color coding for electrical components;
3) The seat remains in its original position within the driver's cab;
3. Dashboard:
1) Remove it from the dashboard inside the cabin and perform trace-less hoisting.
4. Steering system:
1) The steering wheel, column, and gear are disassembled. Following the removal of the dust cover and cleaning of oil stains, they are then installed via trace-less hoisting outside the cabin.
2) The entire steering system will be colored to distinguish it from other systems;
5. Braking system:
1) The brake pedal, master cylinder, brake fluid reservoir, ABS pump, brake lines, brake calipers, and brake discs are removed from the vehicle, cleaned of oil stains, and then colored with the same color to distinguish them from other systems.
2) Use 3mm stainless steel wire rope for trace-less hoisting;
6. Suspension system:
1) Disassemble the front and rear suspensions to the maximum extent possible;
2) Color coding is applied to the suspension system components to distinguish them from other system components.
3) Perform trace-less hoisting of components that make up the suspension system;
7. Driving system:
1) Disassemble the front and rear axles, tires, and rims;
2) Color code the disassembled components
3) Perform trace-less hoisting;
8. Air conditioning system:
1) Disassemble the compressor, radiator, air conditioning pipes, etc. of the air conditioning system;
2) Perform system undergoes color coding;
3) Perform trace-less hoisting;
9. Engine:
1) Disassemble the engine pistons, crankshaft, camshaft, ignition coils, fuel injectors, etc.
2) The engine casing undergoes color coding;
3) Perform trace-less hoisting;
10. Transmission:
1) Disassemble the gearbox gear set;
2) All housing components of the transmission are to be painted the same color.
3) Perform trace-less hoisting;
11. Water tank cooling system:
1) Remove the water tank cooling system;
2) Perform trace-less hoisting;
12. Disassemble the oil tank and oil pump of the oil supply system and perform a trace-less hoisting installation;
13. The exhaust pipe of the exhaust system is to be detached, then undergo color coding, and finally be installed via trace-less hoisting.
14. Lighting System:
1) Remove the front and rear headlights and taillights;
2) Perform trace-less hoisting;
15. Electric window regulator motor, door lock, horn, and rearview mirror system:
1) Remove these components from the vehicle;
2) Perform trace-less hoisting;
16. Each control unit section:
1) Disassemble all system control units on the vehicle;
2) Perform trace-less hoisting;
17. Front and rear bumper sections:
1) Remove the front and rear bumpers;
2) Perform trace-less hoisting;
18. The metal profile mesh is fixed to the concrete beam of the ceiling (where the ceiling height meets the hoisting requirements).
19. Each major vehicle system is equipped with an LED light strip to indicate its location;
20. Spotlights are installed inside the ceiling to illuminate the suspended installation area;
21. The upper part of the trace-less hoisting steel wire is fixed to the ceiling mesh;
22. The lower part of the trace-less hoisting wire is fixed to the component;
23. Secure both ends of the trace-less hoisting wire with figure-eight aluminum clips;
24. The platform is covered with solid wood flooring, and the edges are sealed with metal strips;
25. Install LED lights around the platform to create ambiance;
26. A support bracket for the computer is installed at the front of the hoisting system;
27. A touchscreen computer is placed on the computer bracket to install the vehicle repair manual and the vehicle circuit diagram. The software for controlling the light strip is also installed on the computer. Each major system is equipped with a light strip for illumination indication.
II . Technical Requirements
1. A 6*6 meter space is reserved for both the floor and the ceiling to ensure that the ceiling and the platform complement each other;
2. The hoisting area should be about 3.5 meters high. If it is too high, a combination of columns and metal profiles should be used to form a mesh structure.
3. The number of spotlights shall not be less than 12;
4. The ceiling consists of a metal profile frame and decorative wood panels;
5. Operating voltage: AC220V;
6. A floor outlet is provided in front of the platform for use with electrical appliances such as computers and LED strip lights and spotlights;
